Think of Kandesn® Pure Beauty Water as prep for your pores. It helps thoroughly remove any residual cleanser or makeup left behind after cleansing. It also gently exfoliates your skin and helps restore its natural pH level, leaving your skin clean, clear, and ready to absorb your skincare products.

Why is pH balance so important?

Our skin is naturally acidic, and its optimal pH value lies between 4.7 and 5.75 (on a scale from 0 to 14). But that balance can be disrupted after cleansing due to the alkaline nature of many soaps and cleansers, and also by environmental factors such as air, water, sun, and pollution. When this happens, your skin’s protective acid mantle needs to work overtime to return to its normal levels (and that may result in excess oil production), but using a pH-balanced toner can help quickly restore this balance.
