Sunrider Kicks-Off the New Year with Global Sunrider Day
Events
On Saturday, January 22, 2022, thousands of Sunriders from around the world came together for the second time to celebrate Global Sunrider Day. Held twice a year, this international event is a day to set new goals, celebrate achievements, share products, sharpen business skills, and most of all, have a blast with fellow Sunriders.
The unifying theme of this event that kicked off the new year was celebrating Sunrider’s milestone 40th anniversary, which added to the festive atmosphere. Supported by Sunrider World Headquarters and the company’s global affiliate offices, top Independent Business Owner (IBO) leaders hosted individual events throughout the day.
Spanning over 20 countries and regions, a total of 499 events took place, attracting over 13,353 participants, who included IBOs, customers, and guests. The events were held in-person and virtual, with the attendee number of the respective events ranging from several to dozens of people.
There were many compelling reasons for hosting an event, which varied among the leaders and included, “I wanted to grow my organization bigger and show how Sunrider can help us care for our health,” to “I was excited to launch the Kandesn® Pure skincare line,” and “I wanted to connect with my group and share my Sunrider lifestyle!”
Global Sunrider Day also featured inspiring messages from Sunny Beutler, CEO, and Dr. Reuben Chen, Board of Directors, who talked about how far the company has come and the exciting plans for the year ahead.
Charged with energy, creativity, joy, and camaraderie, Global Sunrider Day once again showed the power of connection—what happens when Sunriders come together, united in spirit and purpose.
The event also boosted the anticipation and excitement for the ultimate “don’t miss out” event of the year—the Sunrider Grand Convention, to be held September 19–22, 2022, in Dallas, Texas, which will feature the unveiling of the company’s brand-new manufacturing and R&D facilities and the most ambitious convention program in Sunrider history.
