Sunrider® CEO Sunny Beutler was recently featured in The World of Direct Selling, a trusted global publication providing insight, analysis, and expert perspectives for the international direct selling community. Since 2010, the publication has served as a respected resource for industry professionals, executives, and field leaders worldwide.
In the February 22, 2026 edition of the publication’s “Leadership Unplugged” series, Beutler shared her career journey, leadership philosophy, and vision for Sunrider’s continued global growth. She reflected on how her education and international experience have shaped her leadership approach, noting, “Living and working abroad has further strengthened my global perspective, helping me navigate the complexities of leading a multinational company.”
Beutler also emphasized the importance of teamwork in driving success. “Leadership is never a solo effort—success comes from empowering others, encouraging collaboration, and creating an environment where people feel supported and inspired,” she said.

One of her proudest achievements has been strengthening IT, marketing, and sales systems, highlighted by the launch of the Sunrider Daily mobile app—enhancements that have improved efficiency, empowered Independent Business Owners (IBOs), and elevated the customer experience.
