Our commitment is reflected in our adherence to the DSA Code of Ethics, a set of principles that guides our practices and builds trust with customers and Independent Business Owners (IBOs) alike.

What the DSA Code of Ethics Means for You 

The DSA Code of Ethics outlines clear expectations for ethical behavior, including honest product sales, fair recruiting practices, straightforward refund policies, and a trusted system for handling concerns. Our customers and business partners can feel confident knowing Sunrider prioritizes respect, responsibility, and excellence at every level. 

Ethical Business in Practice 

Sunrider puts ethics into action by providing accurate information, maintaining open communication, and treating every interaction with respect. We equip our IBOs with the tools they need to succeed ethically—from onboarding materials that outline the DSA Code of Ethics to ongoing guidance that supports best practices. 

Here’s what we expect of every Sunrider IBO: 

  • Clearly introduce themselves and explain their purpose and products. 

  • Respect prospects’ time, privacy, and preferences. 

  • Provide honest, accurate information about products and offers. 

  • Offer receipts, warranties, and contact information in clear language. 

  • End presentations promptly if requested. 

A Trusted Process for Resolving Complaints 

Sunrider fully supports the independent enforcement of the DSA Code of Ethics. If a concern arises, anyone can file a complaint with the Independent Code Administrator, who operates separately from DSA member companies to ensure impartial resolution. As part of our membership, Sunrider honors all decisions made by the administrator.
